Rhyan did such a fantastic job of taking care of our fur babies and our home while we were away. Really appreciated the text updates with photos. Will definitely use Rhyan in the future.

Rhyan is absolutely phenomenal as a pet sitter. She took excellent care of my dogs when I was on vacation for a week. She was incredibly trustworthy, reliable, and was patient and kind with my nervous dogs. I highly recommend Rhyan!

I hate having to write this review but I would hate it even more if someone else ends up in the same situation as I did with my dogs when I hired Rhyan to house/dog sit for me. I know this is long but I wanted to make sure I conveyed the full circumstances. My dogs are like my kids and I wanted them to be safe and happy at home while I was gone on vacation for a week in Colorado. My normal dog sitter was only able to do a part of the week. Since I work from home my dogs aren't used to being home alone for more than 5 hours. I have a dog who is 13 and he can't hold it like he use to. I did a meet and greet with Rhyan, a college student out for the summer that would be able to be at my house as I needed. The meet and greet went fine, no red flags, and my dogs liked her. She was to arrive on Wednesday the 15th around 2pm and get the run-down from my dog sitter. She messaged saying she was going to be later and would be there at 3pm. I said that was okay and gave her a code to get in the garage. I texted her after 3pm to see if she was there as I hadn't heard anything from her. She claimed she was but was having trouble with the app so couldn't send pictures. I gave her my phone number to text me pictures and she said she would soon. I waited 2 hours and then I asked a neighbor to go check on them. When my neighbor got there she said there were no signs of Rhyan and the AC wasn't working and the house was warm. She offered to take the puppies to her house. I then text Rhyan to see how they were doing. She lied and said "They’re really good! They were so excited to see people. Now we’re all chilling by the couch. Sorry my phone is a little messed up so it’s not sending the photos but I should have some sent by tomorrow because I’m getting it looked at". Her response would not have been possible, my dogs weren't even there!! I confronted her about the lie and she gave an apology and canceled the reservation. I am not sure when or if she was going to show up and stay with my dogs and I wasn't going to wait to find out. I'm very lucky I had someone that could watch them in a pinch but the circumstances weren't ideal. I don't think Rhyan is mature enough to house/dog sit. Instead of being honest about not being able to do the job I hired her for she tried to lie about being there and still get paid. I'm extremely disappointed and upset that I had to deal with this on vacation with my family. I hired someone I thought I could trust to watch my puppies so I could enjoy my vacation and I go the exact opposite. Please choose your dog sitters carefully

Rhyan is one of the most educated people I know when it comes to animals. She knows what food/treats can be harmful for your pets, ways to enrich your dog’s mind, and how to successfully and properly care for reptiles and fish. Our dog absolutely loves Rhyan and we know he is in great hands when we leave them together! I recommend Rhyan to any pet owner looking for a well-educated and trusted individual to care for their pets!
