I have been pet sitting for a little over 4 years. I have worked with animals of all ages including puppies and seniors! I have experience taking care of sick animals as well. I am always patient with animals and I will treat your pets with the respect I have for my own.

Before I moved I would care for my own dog by walking him first thing in the morning, then when we get home I feed him and give him his medication. I take my dog out to go potty every 4 hours and play with him regularly so he can burn off any energy he might have. I give him space when he is napping unless he makes an effort to nap near me. With any future client of mine I will follow the same routine, unless I am given different instructions to follow. Instead of taking out my clients pet every 4 hours I will take them out every 2 hours since I am not familiar with their potty patterns.

Rhonda was very kind and direct when looking after my dogs which I really appreciated. She baby sat my dog Cruz for the summers when I went on vacations with family to Vegas. She also watched a second dog(Georgia) my family had a few times when we were busy with a family emergency. If something was wrong with Cruz, which there was one time, she didn’t hesitate to call us. He was sick and thanks to her we were able to get to the doctors in time. She’s direct, honest, intuitive and compassionate. Rhonda was also a superstar with our second dog when we had to go away sometimes for a family emergency. Georgia was a bit sensitive and whiny and attached to my family and I. Rhonda knew how to juggle her meds-as she was old-while also distracting her and not letting her little heart get too sad about us being away for awhile. I also met her dog Nash once and she was very good at communicating with me about his needs when it came to warming up to strangers, not only could she calm him down when he got nervous but she also put me at ease despite the fact that dogs can make me a little nervous. Her direct communication as I’ve noticed has always been very helpful as there’s nothing more important when it comes to the health and safety of anyone’s little fuzzy babies.
I enthusiastically recommend Rhonda C. as a sitter, companion & playmate for your fur babies. She has been caring for my rescue 3-year-old German Shepherd, Nash, for the past two years, and she also cared for my previous German Shepherd, Tommy, before his passing at the ripe old age of 14. She has proven to be consistently dependable, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the animals in her care, whether they be older animals or puppies/kitties. Rhonda is an animal lover who is equally comfortable with both dogs and cats. She is responsible and trustworthy, and I have always felt completely confident leaving my pets with her. My dogs have been happy, well-exercised, cleaned up after, and clearly cared for as if they were her own.
