Dog loving teacher!
I have always loved dogs and taken a genuine interest in their care and training. I have been dog sitting and walking for friends and family since I was 16, and have experience with a family dog. I am a high school teacher and will be available on weekends, after school and school holidays.

Rhona looked after our two doggies while we spent the day in the City and if they could talk they would definitely tell us that they had a wonderful day and can't wait to go see Rhona again. Both boys were very relaxed and usually they get a bit anxious but not with Rhona who clearly has a way with animals. Excellent communications and no hiccups with booking through Rover. Very impressed and will not hesitate to use again.. Thanks Rhona!
Met Rhona for a meet up and knew straight away that Harvey was going to get along fine with her. Rhona is without doubt brilliant! Harvey had lots of trips out and Rhona provided lots of photos and regular updates. We were very reassured that he was being well looked after. We were a bit worried, he would want to stay with Rhona. 😂Would not hesitate to use Rhona again.

Schedule
During term time at school, my evenings are flexible to dog walk and dog sit. As part of Edinburgh Council, I only work until 12:30pm on Fridays. Weekends are usually flexible as well.

I ensure that all animals feel safe and nurtured in my presence. I am consistent with routines and ensure that furry friends are fed, watered and walked as much as desired and required. I ensure that they have time outside in my garden, walks around the meadows and beyond, and that they have a comfortable space in my flat.
A typical day
A typical day would consist of at least one walk and various trips outside. When indoors I think it’s important that pups have some down time, but also some play time to keep them stimulated. They’ll be fed in accordance with their needs and your rules at home, and given lots of praise, attention and affection.
