Schedule
We both work from home full time, so pet care fits naturally into our daily routine and your dog will have constant supervision and company. We usually start our day around 7am, but we’re happy to wake earlier if this matches your dog’s routine. Walks, feeding and playtime are built into our day, with regular toilet breaks and attention throughout. Evenings are calm and relaxed, with plenty of time for winding down, cuddles and maintaining your dog’s normal routine.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog will be cared for in a safe, calm, and secure home environment with full supervision throughout their stay. We only board small to medium dogs to ensure each dog receives plenty of attention and care. We follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, medication, and rest times, helping them feel comfortable and settled in a home-from-home environment. Although we don’t have a private garden, dogs enjoy regular walks and enrichment at nearby secure fenced fields, Elderslie Kirk Playing Field, Gleniffer Braes, and other suitable local walking areas. All outdoor time is supervised, and dogs remain on leads unless written off-lead consent is provided. We do not have children but there are kids in the building so pets must be comfortable around them.
A typical day
Each dog will follow their usual routine as closely as possible, including morning toilet breaks, secure walks, playtime, cuddles, and lots of attention throughout the day. On rainy days, we’ll enjoy indoor enrichment with toys, puzzle mats, games, and relaxing rest time to help dogs feel comfortable, happy, and settled in a home environment. If the dogs are happy to brave the Scottish weather, we’ll continue with their normal walks too.
