Rhiana was a complete nightmare! She didn’t do just about anything that I asked her to. As a matter fact, she left my house in worse shape then when she started -starting off with showing up 20 minutes early, texting me for the code to my house and to turn the alarm off ! When I explained to her a couple of days before when we did a meet and greet that I am on a specific time schedule and that she was to be there at 2:30. First red flag .. so when she left my home here is a list of things that she did not do or neglected to do after I had asked her specifically to do these certain things - One she did not empty and clean out the litter boxes like I asked her to specifically - she was to change them. She just scooped them. She also went through my house turning lights on and never turned them off so the lights stayed on the whole time I was gone overnight, lighting my house up like a Christmas tree as I like to keep a low profile and I stated this to her very clearly. I asked her to put fresh canned food out next to the feeder . She did not. She dumped dry food in bowls -by the way the cats have plenty of dry food by an electronic remote feeder, and then left the bag open didn’t seal up so it needed to be thrown out. She made a mess in the sink and didn’t clean up after herself. When I had her on the phone I had to go back to work. I trusted her to do the job. We agreed on top of doing the work that was lined out between her and I and Rover , I paid her an extra $25 to simply water the front and backyard. It takes like 10 minutes. She immediately went to the location where the money was grabbed it, and then took off. She did not water the front. She said she couldn’t find the hose. Oh my God it’s right in front of the house and I even pointed that out to her when we did the meet n great . if any of this isn’t bad enough she left my house unlocked. She left the back door unlocked!! I told her to call me when she was getting ready to leave so I could set the alarm. She did not. She sent me a text through Rover plenty after she had already left .. then six hours later after i textd and vmailed her she FINALLY responds to my text message basically blaming me that she has a job and a career and events and blah blah blah and she does not have time to drop everything and answer her phone or respond to a text message. She never said one word about going back to my house and turning the lights off and fixing what she did not do. She took the money and ran and could care less. What a reckless person. What a disaster!!

Rhiana was so attentive and loving with our 2 fur babies while we were away for the week. She sent photos and Checked in every day multiple times a day! She is the best!

Rhiana is absolutely my go to person for watching Lucy. I feel lucky to have found her as we needed to leave the next day. We interviewed Rhiana that night. We liked her right away. She's very easy going and confident. She kept us posted everyday on Lucy and how she was doing which really helped us feel at complete ease and kept us from worrying. After all, they're our babies and we need to feel comfortable and trusting when leaving them in the care of someone. I would absolutely recommend Rhiana.
