I usually let the pet take the lead. What do they like to do or not do. I'm open. I am also pet first aid certified. I also have basic obedience certification I have years of experience caring for cats and dogs

Rhian was super accommodating and after I booked the appoinment incorrectly she even agreed to do a full day with our Yorkie. She was fantastic about communicating and made our first experience a good one!
Rhian took good care of our 2 cats. I always received feedback after her visit and she made sure they were ok before leaving the house.
Chico looked very well cared for in my absence. Rhian followed instructions and was flexible with Chico's needs. Good communication.

Schedule
In the morning I do some work from home or exercise but the rest of the time will be available for all other pet care activities
