Safety, trust & environment

We care for your animals in our home/and our temp. controlled attached garage. We keep cats and other animals separated from the dogs. We have a fenced-in back yard for dogs to play. We practice safety by having low dogs to handler ratios. We have Retriever kennels set up (we can make these bigger for larger dogs or more than 1 dog* price adjusts if you want to change size). We also have crate options available if your dog prefers. **note on prices : If your dog is not used to a crate or needs more special attention then I can arrange that. Price will be based on their needs. VIP will be $10 additional to start. If your dog is over 1 year, but is still high energy they will still be in the puppy rate. We have 50 wooded acres with trails for evening walks. 45 min *Walks are included in puppy and VIP rate. Regular rate will be additional $10/walk. An attached fenced-in dog play yard is available several times a day. Play yard includes: doggie pools (summer months), play fetch with chuck-it balls, big Tether TUG, Giant Doggie Sandbox, frisbee, and more. Indoor toys include: lick mats, puzzles, kongs, tug ropes, and more. (Lick mats, stuffed Kongs, and bully sticks are an add on. Please ask for price list) *For the safety of the other dogs, and us, we can't accommodate "people" aggressive dogs. If your dog is nervous with other dogs we can keep them separated. We have low ratio dog to handler and can also be one-on-one to make the dogs comfortable.

Information Reyna Z. would like to know about your pet

Please give me any information about your dog that I need to help them. Their routine at home. i.e. feeding times, daily activities they like, any training you're working on and /or any commands they already know. **What to BRING: Please have your *contact information on their collars, written or tags *. (I have extra metal bowls) *Any bedding with your smell (I have raised beds and fleece blankets available, if they do not chew.) * Chew toys if you’d like. If they are anxious, I suggest bringing something with your scent. (i.e. small blanket or your shirt). **Also provide a vaccine list via photo or email. We require up to date vaccines of Parvo/Distemper and Rabies. Please let us know if your dog is a heavy chewer or swallows items that are not food. ***NOTE: If your dog is anxious, or nervous, I highly suggest a trial night with us!! It helps a lot with longer stays! THIS is proven again and again to help, vs a meet for 10 min. Additional Fees might be required for; * Dogs with anxiety that require special needs or not crate/kennel trained. * intact male dogs that mark territory If you have questions, please call or meet, and get your questions answered. I can give you our location ahead of time if you are needing to figure out your travel plans. Thank you! ;)

A typical day

Around 7am (unless they need a specific feeding schedule) we feed everyone their breakfast, and let everyone outside to go potty, then start some morning playtime! The dogs are let outside in the play yard where they get to play. If they like to be inside this is the time they can cuddle up on the couch or just hang out with us. Every 2-3 hours we let the dogs out to the potty. Sometimes 1-2 hours, depends on how long they’re out and/or playing with us. In the evening we have playtime before bed. We give walks around 3-4 o’clock. Around 7pm we feed everyone dinner (unless they need a specific feeding schedule), 10:00pm sleep time. Offer t.v or soothing music to calm nervous dogs. If dogs need extra care we can accommodate. (Rates apply)

Quality Care for your Critters 🐾🐾

Pet care experience

My family members are all animal lovers! 🐕 🐈 🐓 🐇 🐐 🐴 We have a small hobby farm. On the property we have horses, goats, 2 cats, chickens, quail, rabbits, and a goose! We have one indoor dog and 8 outdoor sled dogs. With more than 20 years experience with dogs we have raised many puppies through potty training, and senior dogs with special needs. One of our first dogs just passed this year at 18 year old! Our oldest daughter, Isabel, has a grooming station set up, and has done well for herself in the community grooming many breeds of dogs. She raises huskies, and runs them on our trails in the fall and winter. **We can do some grooming during their stay. (Limited availability) Ask for information.

Thank you so much for caring for our boys! Their first time staying with someone other than us. And the photo updates helped ease our mind that they were in good hands. We’ll definitely be booking with you whenever we need a sitter or boarding.
