Reymun was responsive during the booking process, super friendly when we did the meet-and-greet, and took excellent care of our boy. He followed all our instructions and provided an update with pictures daily. Our dog is quite big, super strong, and has reactivity issues and Reymun was able to deal with all of that. Would absolutely book him again in the future

As a first time user of Rover as first time being away from my dogs, I felt a lot of anxiety but Reymun sent us updates and photos throughout the day.

Reymun was great! He was there for us when we had a last minute request and was so quick to communicate. He sent us updates during the day and some cute pictures of peaches spending time outside. We won’t hesistate to reach out to Reymun again or recommend him to others!

I debated for several days about whether or not to post this review, but ultimately decided to share my experience. Up until now, all of my experiences on Rover have been excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with Reymun was not very pleasant. To be fair, Reymun was surprisingly flexible with timing, which was very helpful to me as I was preparing for interviews and traveling to another city for them. I truly appreciated that support. However, unlike what I had expected based on his reviews, he only sent photos of my dogs once per day over the course of three days—and only when I specifically asked for them. I had told him that I might not be very responsive during my interviews, but even so, I had hoped he would proactively check in at least in the morning and evening to let me know whether my dogs slept well and ate properly. On the day I picked up my dogs, they came back with a strong smell similar to marijuana. Because of the unpleasant odor, I had to bathe them immediately. They also appeared much more lethargic than usual. When I took them out for a walk after getting out of the car, my Whippet was slightly limping on his back leg, which made me worry that he may have been confined to a kennel for too long. Thankfully, the limping resolved shortly after, and I sincerely hope that my concern was unfounded. Additionally, my Italian Greyhound has a lipoma on her neck. Because a leash appeared to have been kept on her neck throughout the day, the lipoma ruptured and was bleeding, with dried blood visible and blood stains on the leash. Despite this, Reymun did not mention anything to me upon pickup. This made me feel that my dogs were not being carefully monitored or managed.... Given Reymun’s very positive reviews, I had high expectations. However, based on this experience, I honestly do not think I would trust him with my dogs again in the future.

Reymun was excellent! He sent lots of picture updates and my dog really enjoyed it.
