I booked Reve two weeks prior to our vacation. She said she was out of town the first week and half of the second week. Scheduled a meet and greet which she didn't show up to nor did she let me know she would not be coming till after she didn't show. I left specific instructions that my dogs were NOT to be left alone in the house for more than a couple of hours. She checked on them at 8am and then did not show up again till after 5:30pm that evening. She told me she would be staying with them as well and didn't spend more than a couple hours with them in three days. She was dishonest several times about checking on my dogs. Our outside security camera's show she was not there when she said she was going to be. I've went through Rover several times and this is the first bad experience I've had. It really sucks to be hundreds of miles away from your pets and knowing they are not being taken care of properly ? We will not be using Reve again!
