Renu did a great job taking care of my dog! She was flexible & attentive & and an overall delight.
I recently boarded my dog Kaiser with Renu for the first time, and I had a wonderful experience. She was attentive, reliable, and caring from start to finish. Renu sent me timely updates on her and Kaiser’s adventures over the weekend, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. She coordinated pick-up and drop-off times seamlessly and even took Kaiser on a scenic walk to Fort Mason (complete with an Uber Pet ride back!). I really appreciated how detail-oriented she was—asking thoughtful questions to make sure Kaiser was comfortable and well cared for. I’d absolutely reach out to her again for boarding and highly recommend her to others!
Renu did a good job looking after Mango! Unfortunately, she had an emergency come up during our booking so we had to cut it short, but she did a great job playing with Mango and sending me updates.
Renu was great!!! She really cares about our dog a lot and is very sweet and professional.
