Missing my pup, loving yours!
What sets me apart is that my love for dogs comes from home, quite literally. I have a 10-year-old Labrador who’s been my best friend since she was a pup. I absolutely love spending time with her, but since she’s now living with my mom, I miss having her around every day. That’s what inspired me to join Rover, to share the same love, warmth and care with other dogs whose parents might be away on trips or busy days. From playful walks to cuddles, I’ll make sure your furry baby feels loved, safe, and at home while you’re away.

Renita was so great to Cleo and sent lots of pictures. Cleo settled in nicely and enjoyed her day. I highly recommend Renita!
Renita was an excellent sitter for Jaya. She sent daily picture and video updates, kept Jaya’s routine, and helped Jaya adapt to her home away from home. Our dog can be a bit anxious, but it didn’t take long for Renita to make Jaya feel comfortable. We felt at ease during our entire trip as we could see Jaya was in good hands. I highly recommend Renita to care as an exceptional dog sitter.

Renita and her husband Jerry are so incredibly lovely and kind people. I was completely at ease for the two full days that Goose was at daycare with them and she did not want to come home with me! She's adores them which is a strong testament to how well taken care of she was in their care. Goose cannot wait to back and cannot recommend Renita enough!
We had an amazing experience with our sitter! From the very beginning, communication was excellent, and we felt completely at ease leaving Yummy in their care. They kept us updated with photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.

Schedule
Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine because it’s something I truly enjoy. I love starting and ending my day with a walk, it keeps me active and happy. Since my own Labrador now lives with my mom, I have the time and space to care for other pets and give them the same love and attention I give her. I plan my schedule around each pet’s needs, whether it’s morning walks, midday drop-ins, or evening visits, so they always get consistent care, company and cuddles.

Whether in my home or yours, I stick to their routines, walks, meals, playtime and plenty of cuddles, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Every pet is treated like family, because that’s exactly how I’d want my own pup to be cared for.
A typical day
Walks around the neighbourhood , gentle fetch sessions, tug-of-war or puzzle toys keep them active and happy. I also enjoy quiet cuddle time, belly rubs and practicing basic commands or tricks, anything that keeps them stimulated, happy and feeling loved. Since I have a 10-year-old Labrador, I understand the balance between energetic play and calm, relaxing time, so every activity is tailored to your pet’s personality and energy level.

- Before caring for a pet, I like to know their routine, personality, likes and dislikes, health needs and any special instructions, from meal times and medications to favourite toys or spots for cuddles. This helps me make their stay comfortable, stress-free and full of love. Every pet is unique, and the more I know ahead of time, the better I can treat them like family while you’re away.
