Hi I’m Renin - a lifelong animal lover, experienced caretaker, and communications professional based in the Bay Area. By day, I work as a PR Account Coordinator, but animals have always been my greatest source of joy. I've been caring for pets for over 12 years - from energetic puppies to senior cats - and pride myself on providing attentive, reliable, and compassionate care and all the love your pets deserve! :) Growing up, I helped raise two parakeets, two kittens, and a younger sibling ;), which taught me early on the importance of patience, consistency, and empathy. Today, I bring that same care and attentiveness to every pet I look after, whether it's playtime, long walks, or simply making sure they feel safe and loved while you're away. I'd love to meet your furry (or feathered!) family members and make sure they get all the comfort, care, and affection they deserve.

I live in a very pet-friendly, walkable neighborhood in downtown Los Gatos just minutes away from several parks - perfect for strolls, playtime, and fresh air. I always prioritize each pet's comfort and safety, following their usual routines and care instructions closely. I also have reliable transportation, making it easy to get to clients' homes or repond quickly if needed.

Renin is the best of the best. Our dog Bandit (who has huge separation anxiety) just loves her. Renin kept us up to date with regular photos of Bandit looking as happy and pampered as ever. And she left the house spotless when she left. Could not recommend her more highly.

We feel so lucky to have found Renin! She is everything we could have asked for in a sitter for our Husky-German Shephard mix, Bandit. Because Bandit was abandoned as a pup, she has a great deal of separation anxiety. And she doesn't always warm to strangers. But Bandit fell in love with Renin from the moment she stepped into our home for the meet and greet. By the time Renin spent her first night with Bandit, Bandit was already cozying up to her for extra cuddles. Best of all, Renin posted detailed updates on how Bandit was doing along with great photos. Without a doubt, we will hire Renin next time we need an overnight sitter for Bandit.

Schedule
My work is mainly remote, which gives me plenty of flexibility in my schedule for walks, drop-ins, or overnight care. Since my dad is allergic, I don't have a furry friend of my own right now - so I truly love spending that extra time caring for others' pets and giving them the attention they deserve.
