I have been pet sitting (dogs and cats) for friends/ family for many years, both in my home and theirs. Both my children have been heavily involved with animals as well. We have a dog, Lily, that we rescued over two years ago. She loves to play and gets along well with other dogs. Lily goes on frequent play dates with our friends and their dogs, goes to the park for walks, and goes to the beach so she is very well socialized. Currently I offer dog walking and drop-in visits. A drop-in visit will be customized to your pets needs. I have had pet owners contact me because their senior pet doesn’t like being alone and needs to be cuddled and talked to. I’ve also had pet owners need several drop in visits a day because they would be out of town for an extended time and their pets would need feeding, watering, potty breaks, walks/exercise, medication administered, etc. I do provide one meet and greet visit free of charge. At this visit you will go over your pets needs, show me where food and supplies are kept, show me how you would like me to enter the house( key, door codes etc.) This also gives your pet the opportunity to get familiar with me so they will feel comfortable when I come to the house to care for them. I mainly take care of dogs and cats but am open to other animals as well.

We will customize each visit to match your dog or cat’s individual needs. Please be honest about your pet even with things that may be unpleasant. Example: not potty trained, has separation anxiety, aggressive, doesn’t like strangers.

Renee went above and beyond taking care of my highly reactive, anxious dog. First she spent a lot of time with him at the meet and greet. Then she spent double the time I requested during the drop-in visit. I know my dog was giving her a hard time (to say the least), but Renee was calm, kind, and so patient with him. I also really appreciate the great communication and the pictures and videos she sent. I will definitely hire her again in the future if she’s up for it. 😊
Renee was great with our golden doodle. He was hesitant at first but she was patient with him and earned his trust.

Schedule
I currently work part time and my kids are older now and don’t require much of my time anymore so I have plenty of time to spoil your pets.
