Renee was fantastic with our first time using rover. Our cavapoo is our baby and I can say I was very nervous about using the Rover app for the first time until I met Renee. She was open to a meet and greet before the day of boarding and showed me where my fur baby was going to be staying. I received pictures and feedback throughout the stay. When it was time for pickup, Renee had Mylo and all of his things packed and ready which made things also easier. Renee definitely loves all the fur babies she cares for and does everything to make sure the fur baby AND the person feel safe and at ease. I will definitely be using Renee again!
We contacted her very last minute for a drop in visit and she helped us out in a pinch. We appreciate her greatly and will use her again!
Renee is amazing,she lived and cared for my dogs. She kept me informed of what they were doing. I highly recommend and would definitely use again if I am in the area.
She was amazing with my doggie jinx she took her on rides an to see other dogs an took care of her phenomenally, jinx is normal timid an unsure with other people but jinx loved her right away highly recommend her for any dogs

I will get to know your pet, individually. I will take notes of all the rules you have and share any I have. I normally do not want pets on furniture….. that being said I always have a blanket nearby for when I cave in and fix them a spot.
