I’m happy to work with you on care instructions that keep your dog happy and comfortable in his or her home environment. I am also willing to help with alternatives for dogs that aren’t used to being alone or cared for by someone new.

If your dog is defensive or aggressive, I prefer to know ahead of time and maybe set aside some extra time on the initial meet and greet so they can get comfortable with me. In my experience, even if these first visits are tense, we do fine on the initial walk or drop in. I have no issue walking or doing drop ins for dogs that are a little hesitant around new people - I love building a relationship with them!

I love taking dogs on long walks in their area. I believe in combining exercise with stimulation, so they’ll always have a chance to sniff and enjoy their time. On drop ins, I make a point to play and give a lot of attention to the pups I visit!

l love all dogs from the little pups with cute hairdos to big beasts of dogs. I have lots of experience with large breed rescues, high energy working breeds, and reactive dogs. I will treat your dog like my own, and am happy to provide care for cats, rodents, and reptiles on drop in visits as well. I am a USMC Veteran, mom, writer and animal lover. If I had it my way, I'd live on a big ranch full of dogs, cats, and every other animal you can imagine. Can't wait to meet you and your dogs!
