Safety, trust & environment
I do live in an apartment with no dog park so walks will be leashed. There are no other animals in the apartment at this time. I do have the ability to crate small-medium dogs. Dogs are allowed on furniture and in bed. If caring for at your home, I will follow any routine/care instructions provided including house rules, medication needs, and enrichment activities.

Information Renee G. would like to know about your pet
Let me know any behaviors I need to be on the lookout for especially if training and how you would like me to respond to discourage or correct the behavior. Also, any quirks like being anxious during storms or aversions to men/women/children. The more info the better!!
A typical day
I enjoy taking walks around my apartment complex and neighborhood. I am near a dog park if you are comfortable with your dog interacting with unknown dogs, otherwise, I will let them explore the many dog friendly areas in the complex. Depending on the time of year, I will take the walks in the early morning/evening. During peak summer, I have a balcony where they can get some fresh air and enjoy a pup cup or frozen treat. Due to my work schedule, I am an early riser so bedtime is also pretty early. Please bring your dogs favorite toy if you like but I have plenty that I’ve accumulated over the years including snuffle/lick mats. Just let me know if I need to stay away from any foods/treats. I’m a homebody so your dog will likely nap on the couch (or one of the many pet beds I have) and enjoy some treats throughout the day.

Pet care experience
I’ve had the honor of calling two dogs mine since I was 15 and loved every cuddle, snuggle, and kiss. My first dog Bing (my dad said Chandler was too long for a dog) was a gift from my dad. He was a Jack Russell with tons of energy and daily zoomies. He lived a good long life and passed at the age of 18. My last dog Paisley was a foster who came along at just the right time. She was a Shih-Tzu/Chihuahua mix with more bark than bite. She passed suddenly at the age of 13 and I still miss her everyday. Bing and Paisley taught me a lot and tested my patience but they were always there when I needed them.
Reviews

Renee was great! I knew from the moment we did our meet and greet that Nova would have a great time with her. She was communicative during the visit, sent pics and videos that made me feel at ease. And when I picked Nova up I knew right away she was in good hand while I was gone. Will definitely use her again! Thanks Renee.

Renee was very kind, took great care of our dog, took her on walks, and sent picture and video updates. Will definitely book with her again.

I love love loved her! Super sweet and I know my Bentley loved her as well! I felt at ease leaving him, my first time since he was a baby she kept me updated and she’s right down the street from me so it was perfect! Will definitely be using her again! ❤️
We’ve used Renee for drop in visits with our cat for years, and she’s always been dependable and easy to trust. She follows instructions, keeps things consistent, and makes sure everything is taken care of the right way. She doesn’t rush visits and always takes a moment to check on her and make sure she’s doing well. Having Renee watch her gives us one less thing to worry about. I’d recommend her without hesitation.
