I have had dogs and cats for the past thirty five years. During those years, I have trained my puppies, administered medications, attended to them after surgeries and broken bones, I have a passion for them, and my friends and family often ask me to walk, watch, or board their pets when they cannot be home. I have taught first grade for thirty years, so patience with them is built in! I would love the chance to do the same for your fur babies.

Renee did a great job with our pups. They were happy and healthy when we returned. She met the pups before our trip and gave us a ton of information. She kept in touch with pictures and texts. Overall a great experience.
I don’t know what I would do without Renee. Knowing that my pets (dog and cat) and my home are safe and well taken care of while I’m gone is such a blessing. An avid supporter and personal adopter of three dogs from the Cavalier Rescue Group she has a genuine heart for animals. Renee is responsible and reliable and takes care of my “babies” as if they were her own. She even sends me picture updates of my pets while they are in her care which is so thoughtful! I give her 10 stars!!!
Renee is a very conscientious pet caregiver. She has watched and cared for my dog, Vegas, since she was a puppy and has provided her with lots of love. Renee has gone well beyond basic care to pamper Vegas when she has taken care of her when I travel. She is very responsible with feeding, walking and playtime. Not only did she care for Vegas, but also took care of my two cats, guinea pigs, and hamster. With her vast experience and knowledge working with pets I never had to worry about my pets while in her care as she always kept me informed of their activities. I would highly recommend her as a dog walker/sitter as your pets will be very well looked after and loved.
Renee is hands down the best pet sitter my husband and I have ever had! She treats our dog Piper like she was her own furbaby, and Piper loves the yummy treats and snuggles she gets when Renee comes to watch her. Renee is a great communicator, punctual for our appointments, and takes the health and happiness of the pets in her care very seriously. I wouldn't leave our dog Piper with anyone else when we have to go out of town for a few days!!

Schedule
I currently teach, but I am available before school to come feed, walk or let them outside. I am off at 3:30, so I can also come by after work. During the summer months, I am available to pet sit at your home, or in my home. I have a female, twelve year old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel that is very calm. She came to us from a rescue group, and joined our family about six years ago. She is very accepting of new fur friends. If your pet can be home for 8 hours, I can also board in my home during the school year.

My home has a new wooden fence to secure the backyard. I do have a pool, but I stay out with the dogs at all times for safety. I feed about 6:30 am and then take them outside. My dog has a large, two bed "condo", that we leave the door open so that she can go in there if she would like. She easily shares this with her new pup friends. She tends to ignore cats, and has never been aggressive ( I have never heard her growl). When we do take a walk, she must wear her harness for protection. I do require a harness for all dogs that I walk . Dogs are allowed on our furniture and I have several beds throughout the kitchen, den and laundry room for them to use. I am comfortable administering medications, and cleaning wounds from surgeries. I would follow all requests made by the client for their optimal pet care.
