Mostly Goldens
Our family has been enjoying, caring for and training Goldens and GSPs for more than 30 years. Our spacious home has been optimized for our two dogs and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guest dogs. We have 2 very large six foot tall fenced outdoor areas connected via pet doors to my indoor workshop providing easy indoor/outdoor access. Our Goldens are working dogs and so their guests can have the opportunity to join in on frequent trips to the field for great exercise and retrieving sessions. Basic, intermediate and advanced obedience and retriever training is also available. Our Guests experience "one on one" attention throughout their stay. Our customers tell us that their dogs are always eager and excited about staying with us and the other dogs.

Our golden loves staying with Rene! He’s always excited to spend time there and doesn’t want to leave when we come to pick him up. After trying 5 other Rover sitters, we’ve finally found one that’s safe, dependable and takes great care of our special pup!
Rene has a wonderful set up and we highly recommend him for overnight dog sitting service. Thanks to the pictures sent, Lucy appeared to feel right at home and loved playing with his dogs and other borders!
Rene boarded our 2 year old golden retriever for a week over Christmas and we had a great experience. His backyard setup is much better than any boarding kennel we've looked into, and his own two dogs are very sweet playmates. Mojo came home tired, clean and happy — we will definitely use Rene again and highly recommend to anyone in the south shore!!
Rene took great care of my 2 dogs while on a 2 week vacation. His backyard setup is perfect, he communicated with me throughout their stay and my dogs came home happy, healthy and tired from all the fun!
