Rene and Sammy took such wonderful care of Puffy! 🐶 From the updates and photos, Puffy looked super chilled, relaxed, and completely at ease. That really gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. You can tell she felt comfortable and well cared for, which means everything to me. Second time leaving Mercy with Rene, and this time it was almost a month. Rene and her family were amazing — super kind and clearly love Mercy a lot. They were very accommodating and really tried to match Mercy’s habits and routines. We got daily photo and video updates, and Mercy always looked happy. She also loved playing with their dog Sammy. Mercy came home relaxed and clearly enjoyed her time there. Would absolutely book with Rene again.
I’m really happy with mercy’s stay here. Rene was kind and easy to communicate with, and their dog Sammy was very friendly. My dog got along well and seemed comfortable the whole time. They updated me with photos and short videos every day, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t over the top — just enough to let me know she was doing well. They also spent time brushing him and even got her small toy, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loving and trustworthy sitter . I’ll definitely consider boarding here again.

I am fully free at home to take care of your pet, have three or four times outside activities. So you don’t have to worry about them being left alone.

I would start the routine with their morning meal first. I love to spend time playing with them base on their preferences; In the evening, make sure their calm and relaxed, maybe by cuddling or giving treats.
