Pet care experience

Experienced for Pets Who Need More!

I’ve cared for pets personally and professionally since 1999. I’m experienced with dogs, cats, seniors, shy pets, and pets needing medications including injections, oral meds, eye/ear drops, and diabetic care. Although I don’t currently have a pet of my own, I recently cared for my senior dog for 13 years, before he passed (Feb 2026). That experience, along with decades of pet sitting, gives me a deep understanding of dogs at every stage of life.

Renada did an amazing job looking after our dog Peaches while we were out of town for a day. She took a ton of pictures and videos and was super communicative, we could tell our dog was in good hands!

Calendar and availability

Schedule

Pet care is my full-time business. With and outside of Rover. Truly my life and my calling. I schedule visits in organized morning, afternoon, and evening blocks, with meet-and-greets first. I limit travel zones, track visits daily, and keep clients updated with photos and notes. New client: Use this link for a new client discount https://www.rover.com/sit/renadas

Safety, trust & environment

Meet-and-greets required. I follow written instructions carefully, check gates/leashes before every walk, avoid unsafe equipment, send photo updates each visit, and keep calm routines for anxious or high-energy dogs. Service areas are limited so your pet gets safe, consistent care. I DO NOT USE PRONG COLLARS, CHOKE CHAINS, SHOCK COLLARS, MUZZLES, ETC…PERIOD. IF YOU USE ANY OF THESE ITEMS AND THE LIKE...I AM NOT THE PET CARE PROVIDER FOR YOU. For BOARDING/DAYCARE: My home is a calm, clean, low-stress environment (small condo community), a quaint little yard (see pics), where pets can relax comfortably rather than a busy daycare/boarding style setting. I only care for one family at a time, unless the pets/parents are friends of each other. No more than 2 pups total at a time. I consider daycare hours-anytime between 7a-7p, if daycare extends beyond 8 hours, rate will be adjusted accordingly. My partner at times will assist me with boarding/daycare in my home. We also provide services for boarding at her home (in Buda), for our repeat boarding clients, if I don’t have any openings at my home. This is not guaranteed. She can usually board Friday-Sunday night.

A typical day

Each visit follows your pet’s normal routine—feeding, water, meds if needed, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and calm cuddle time. I avoid dog parks and crowded areas, keep pets safely leashed, and send detailed photo updates every visit. BOARDING/DAYCARE: One family at a time so dogs have a calm, quiet stay. On occasion, 2 families at a time (if pets/parents are friends/family of each other). but no more than 3 dogs at any given time. Private, fenced yard for potty breaks and fresh air. It’s a smaller space, best suited for calm play and lounging rather than big running space. Dogs are supervised and brought out regularly for potty breaks. Let me know, if your dog is ok with cats. If not, I can accommodate a no cats environment. No jumpers, diggers or escape artist. Areas of my fence are low, if your dog can and will jump up and his paws can reach the top of the fence, he would not be a good fit. I believe in safety first. Senior pets and pets needing medication are welcomed. For boarding or daycare, a trial visit may be required to ensure a good match for everyone. Trial visits are booked through Rover at a discounted daycare or boarding stay.

PLEASE share behavior triggers, medical needs, escape habits, bite history, feeding routine, and emergency contacts. Full honesty keeps everyone safe and stress-free for your pet. If it isn’t a good fit, I’ll let you know before services begin. Just because you tell me a worse case scenario, doesn’t mean I’ll say no. I’m all about safety first.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
