I've had pets my whole life but it wasn't until I adopted a dog of my own that I truly learned what it means to care for one. I now have experience with reactive and fearful dogs, counter conditioning, desensitization, and canine enrichment.

I believe following a routine is important. Pets will be fed when they're used to, given meds as prescribed by your vet. Light grooming if requested (I may charge for more challenging grooms. Details can be discussed). If your dog is afraid of nail trims, brushing or anything else, we can work together on cooperative care to make necessary care less stressful for them.

Remy was amazing with my rescue dog, Bowie! He has separation anxiety and can be fearful of new people and Remy was incredible. They understood his quirks and was accommodating and patient and created a calming and supportive environment for him while we were out. We got tons of pictures and updates too which I loved. Highly recommend!

Remy has been a foster with our rescue for over a year. Our foster dog is very well taken care of and well loved. Remy is very knowledgeable and patient. They advocate for our foster dog who is fearful of strangers in his space. Remy has done a fantastic job with obedience training for the foster dog, and has even made progress with his cooperative care. Their resident dog is also very well taken care of and well trained. I just received notice of an indefinite layoff so I will have all the time in the world to do something I genuinely enjoy. I feed both my dog and foster dog using enrichment tools(snuffle, puzzle, Kong, find it) trim their nails with a Dremel weekly, give them meds daily. They're always so excited for their daily walks, rain or shine. Though our foster boy needs to be bundled up to handle the cold.
