I’ve spent my entire life caring for and loving animals of all kinds—ducklings, bunnies, chicks, cats (from newborns to adults), puppies, dogs, fish, even snails—and I’ve also worked in several pet stores. I understand how stressful it can be to travel while worrying about who will care for your furry family members. Whether you’re away for vacation, work, or an event, that peace of mind matters.

This was our first time using Reita as a pet sitter, and it definitely won’t be our last. She was warm and welcoming from the start with such an obvious love for animals and a real understanding of how to care for them. While we were away she kept us updated with photos and messages which made us feel comfortable knowing Ziggy had settled in and felt right at home. Communication was easy, especially around pickup and drop off. She was truly a delight to work with. Plus, her location near the airport made everything super convenient. I highly recommend her and look forward to using her again.
Reita is a responsible and caring pet owner and cared for my dog as well when I went out of town. She ensured she received all necessary instructions and is extremely thoughtful. She also has great instincts with animals, and I always came home to a happy animal.
Reita has cared for both my cat and my dog and I was able to have a stress free vacation knowing how well taken care of they were. She sent photos and updates while I was gone and I could tell they were happy and well tended to. As a pet owner, I can’t tell you how much of a relief it is to find someone who you know will care for your pets as if they were their own. Thanks Reita!

Schedule
I work from home M- F in Natomas area conveniently near the airport to drop off or pick up your fur baby. I have a fenced in yard and an adjacent park for dog walks.

I have a fairly flexible weekly schedule and live in the Natomas area, conveniently close to the airport. My home is calm, quiet, and child-free, which helps maintain a peaceful environment. I’m happy to stop by and care for your furry family members, giving them attention, comfort, and companionship while you’re away. I prefer not to board pets in my home, as I have animals of my own and like to keep their routine undisturbed. However, I will consider home boarding for very small fur babies. I’m more than happy to come to your pet and spend quality time to help ease the stress they may feel in your absence :)
Pets
A typical day
On my visits, I like to ease their stress of you being away by playing lots of games and providing the love and comfort they're missing. Going on walks if the neighborhood provides a path is always fun but I can also simply play in the house or yard. Refreshening food and water and cleaning that area is a must. Cleaning or tidying up their main area is important to me as I'm sure it is to them and you the owner. I'm not pooper scooper but we can always have a discussion on that extra. Its hard to unsee when an animal isn't in a clean environment and they need to be just like people do. Majority of my time is spent giving the animal the attention and stimulation they need while their pack leader is absent.

- Please inform me of any special needs or moods swings, special touch sensitive areas or diet needs or physical needs for some of our wrinkled pug nosed friends. I also have pets so its imperative the pets are animal friendly with others.
