Had an okay experience. Reina said Rocky (our dog) was having some odd behaviors, peeing often and overflowing diapers despite her taking him out every three hours (which is not normal for Rocky or any healthy dog), leading to an upcharge. She also said he was displaying some aggressive behavior towards her, her boyfriend, and even our cat. None of this behavior is normal for him, nor is it behavior he has shown before or since he got home. She also didn’t mention this until after we picked our pets up, which, as mentioned to her, we would have arranged for them to be picked up since it’s clear signs that something is off. We took him to the vet after we got home, and everything was normal, so after speaking to the vet, we assumed it was an environmental issue. Additionally, he came back home with a rash and injury in his private area, which we had to get medication for from the vet, and it is still healing, most likely because of the prolonged use of dirty diapers. Lastly, one day, she sent pictures from previous days, and when asked about it, she said only one of them was. We are certain 2/3 were (She sent the same picture from day 2 on day 5 and confirmed the other one; for the last one, we are unsure as she was wearing the same clothes from a couple of days prior in the picture). Our cat, Dimitri, came back normal, and Rocky, other than that, did as well. We believe she is a good sitter, but Rocky didn’t feel entirely comfortable, which is what we believe led to these issues.
