Hi, I’m Reilly! I’m an animal lover and have been around dogs and cats my whole life! I really understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my daily life, from feeding and walks to playtime and cuddles of course - making sure pets feel safe and comfortable in their routine is important! I currently have a high-needs border collie of my own who is both energetic and extremely timid, so I’m very familiar with the attention, exercise, and structure that dogs of this nature require. Because of this, I’m especially comfortable with active breeds and dogs that need consistent engagement. In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve done some pet sitting for several families over the years. This has included both overnight stays and drop-in visits to feed pets, go for walks, administer basic care, and keep an eye on the home while owners are away. I aim to provide reliable, attentive care while keeping owners updated so they can feel at ease while they’re away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is maintaining their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I follow each pet’s usual schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and any other care instructions provided. I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise, attention, and mental stimulation based on their energy level and personality. I’m very comfortable with active breeds and dogs that need more engagement. For cats, I focus on keeping their environment calm and consistent, including feeding, litter box care, and giving them attention at the pace they’re comfortable with. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos so owners know their pets are doing well. I treat every home with respect and make sure pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while their family is away.

Schedule
My current job is itinerant, which means I travel between locations during the day and have a fairly flexible schedule. Because of this, I’m often able to plan my day in a way that allows for pet care visits, walks, and check-ins. My work also follows a school calendar, so I have built-in breaks and additional time off throughout the year, which makes it easier for me to provide consistent care during holidays and school breaks when many families are traveling. Caring for animals is already a natural part of my routine since I have a high-energy border collie of my own. Daily walks, exercise, and structured pet care are things I prioritize in my day-to-day life. I’m happy to incorporate additional walks and visits into my schedule to make sure pets are well cared for while their owners are away.
