Beyond just a love for dogs, I have taken training classes that focus on a balanced approach, primarily utilizing positive reinforcement. I currently share my home with two wonderful, high energy dogs, a 4 year old Border Collie mix and a 2 year old Blue Heeler mix, so I am very familiar with keeping active pups happy. My expertise heavily focuses on handling nervous and reactive dogs, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable out in the world. Patience and understanding are super important to me. I am highly experienced with a wide variety of walking equipment and harness systems, and I am happy to align completely with your specific care goals and training tools. Your Pet's safety and well being are always my top priority! :)

My goal for care always comes around to safety, honesty and transparency. I am happy to send you picture updates and notes for visits! The happiness of yourself and your pet should always be top of mind for any pet professional. I own a minivan for transportation which has 2 crates in the back for safety during transportation.

Reid communicated very well and sent fantastic photos and video! He even gave me a professional photo when I picked Copper up. I was confident that Copper was well cared for and had a great time! She has another new Bestie in Reid’s dog, Finn. When I picked up Copper, she was happy to see me, but I think she wanted to stay….lol! Copper’s looking forward to the next time. :)
Reid has been nothing but exceptional in the care of our family member. He has gone above and beyond always communicating with us about how he has done during his walks. I would definitely recommend Reid he is very smart and knowledgeable, always show up on time and has an amazing attitude!
Reid has watched my dog various times. At first I was nervous as my dog is a rescue who requires a lot of support around other dogs and people. Reid walked my dog and treated him with the utmost respect, always giving my dog space from other dogs - following my directions exactly. Reid regularly communicated with me throughout his visits, and my dog loves him! You couldn’t be choosing a better sitter!

Schedule
During the day, I work full time in the Environmental Sector taking care of this wonderful place we call home. Because of my day job, my Rover services are dedicated specifically to providing afternoon and evening walks with first availability starting around 3:45pm, perfect for those dog parents looking for a break and some tired dogs after work :)
