My girlfriend and I share our home with a 60 lb German Shepherd, so I'm very comfortable with larger, high-energy, and protective breeds — the daily routine of feeding, exercise, training reinforcement, and just being a calm presence in the house is second nature to me. I've been around dogs of every size and temperament since I was 10, and neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me with their pets for years. For house sits, I'll keep your dog on their normal schedule, send regular photo updates, and take care of your home like it's mine. Availability is case-by-case, so reach out early and we'll figure out the dates.

When house sitting, I treat your home exactly how I'd want mine treated. I follow whatever routine, feeding schedule, and rules you've already established, keep doors and gates secured, and stay attentive to leashes and yard access whenever we're outside. I'm comfortable crating if that's part of your dog's normal routine, and I'll send photo and video updates throughout the stay so you always know how things are going.

Reid did a fantastic job sitting for our dog Ollie. He communicated frequently to let us know our pup was happy and healthy. Ollie is energetic and Reid handled him well with many walks and play time. Upon our return, Ollie was content and our home was spotless.

Schedule
I work from home running my own businesses, so my schedule is flexible and I'm around the house most of the day. For house sits, that means your dog isn't left alone for long stretches — they'll get regular attention, walks, and play breaks worked into the day rather than crammed into the morning and evening. I take my own dog on long walks daily, so yours will get the same treatment.
