I am a responsible pet sitter, and have plenty of experience caring for animals in my house and also in the owners’ home. I have a fenced yard, and I go on multiple walks every day with my dog, Baldur. He is friendly with dogs and cats, but due to his age, he is not very playful anymore. However if your dog wants to play with other dogs, I often have other dogs I am pet sitting in my house, so it is likely, that your pet can meet new friends during their stay. There is also a dog park near to our house, where I am willing to take your dog if they require playtime with other dogs. If your dog is shy or more reserved, my house is big enough to provide a separated room to hang out! In our home, dogs are allowed on the furniture and bed, and most of the dogs I sit before slept with me on the bed! :) If I pet sit an animal in the client’s home, I always ensure to follow all the instructions the owner gives me about their home, and I always make sure that when I leave, the pet stays safe in their environment. I am familiar with pet CPR and First Aid, and my partner, who lives with me is pet CPR certified. When I go for longer walks with dogs, I always have water and a transportable bowl with me, so I can make sure, that your dog has always access to water, even during walks. We have air conditioning in the house, so if it is too hot outside, I can just chill with the dogs inside the house and make sure that they do not overheat.
