Pet care experience

A home where your pet will be loved

Hi, I’m Regan. I’ve been pet sitting since I was nine years old, and over the years I’ve cared for everything from energetic puppies to older cats who just want a quiet lap. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, so I focus on being reliable, communicative, and consistent. I keep pets on their normal routine as much as possible, give them plenty of attention, and always treat them with the same care I’d want for my own. You’ll get updates and photos so you know they’re doing well, and I’m comfortable handling pets with different personalities—from playful to shy. Whether you need walks, drop-ins, or overnight care, my goal is simple: to keep your pets safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.

This was our first visit with Regan and she was really great with Jazz! Since Jazz is an older pup and has diabetes she needs a little extra love and care and Regan covered all the bases! Jazz was happy and content when we brought her home! Thx Regan!

Reagan was amazing! She ended up watching my dog for three weeks and was amazing. Her dog was so sweet and friendly with my dog. I would recommend her to anyway!

Schedule

Caring for pets has been part of my daily life for years, so it’s something that naturally fits into my routine. I build my schedule around the pets I’m caring for—whether that means regular walks, daily check-ins, or overnight stays. I treat pet sitting as a priority, not something I just squeeze in. I make sure to give them consistent attention, exercise, and downtime, and I keep owners updated throughout the day. My week always has room for pets, and I genuinely enjoy the structure and joy they bring into my schedule. Somebody is usually home during the day (and always both of us in the evening!) as my husband and I work opposite days of the week!

Safety, trust & environment

In my home, pets get treated like part of the family. I keep things clean, safe, and comfortable, and I make sure they have a balance of playtime, exercise, and relaxation. I stick closely to their normal feeding and potty schedule, and I’m mindful of keeping stress low—especially for pets who may be adjusting to a new environment. I also keep an eye on safety (no open doors, secure spaces, and supervision when outside). I do have one cat and one dog, but they are both incredibly friendly with all types of animals! I have a good sized fenced in yard for potty breaks and fresh air! and an extra cage if your pet prefers a neutral safe zone.

Pets

A typical day

For high-energy pets, I make sure they get plenty of outlets for both their body and mind. That can look like long walks, fetch, and tug-of-war for dogs, or interactive play with wands and laser pointers for cats. I also like to mix in puzzle toys, training games, and short, frequent play sessions so they burn energy in healthy ways and stay happy, engaged, and calm when it’s time to rest.

Before caring for a pet, I always like to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, health needs, and any quirks or preferences. This way, I can keep things as normal and stress-free as possible for them while you’re away.
