I've loved and been drawn to care for animals as long as I can remember. I love/treat every animal I meet like it’s my own and if I had a million acres they’d all be occupied by some sort of living creature. I've worked in the Veterinary field for a little over 10 years, in a variety of roles ranging from reception to technician to practice manager to building a Telehealth platform designed to increase access to quality pet care. I've recently taken a step back to focus on other areas of my life due to burnout, and a big part of that is getting back to what makes me happy - caring for animals. I own a senior brachycephalic breed (iykyk) and have a soft spot for nervous or anxious pets. I love being able to help create a calming environment for nervous animals based on their needs. I have experience with and am comfortable administering oral, topical or injectable medications if needed. I've previously owned hamsters and guinea pigs as well.
