I care for pets on an individual basis. When volunteering at an animal shelter, I learned a lot about an animal’s body language and used that to gauge a pet’s comfortability. I love taking care of pets that like affection, but I am able to recognize which pets are open to that.

A typical day
I have a ton of experience taking dogs on walks. I am a big supporter of letting dogs stop and sniff for as long as they want. I can take your dog on a field trip to a local park or trail. I can offer lots of affection if your animal is open to it. I can also take cats outside on a harness and leash.

Pet care experience
I have experience taking care of both cats and dogs. I have had my own cat for 6 years and took in my family senior dog for two years before she passed. I volunteered for ~80 hours at an Orange County Animal Services as a dog walker. I also received additional training at the shelter to walk and handle more aggressive and shy dogs.
