As a former Division I cross country and track runner averaging around 55 miles per week, I’m used to building structure and consistency into my day. I incorporate my pet into that lifestyle by making sure they get regular exercise, whether that’s going on runs, long walks, or spending time outdoors together. Being active is something I truly enjoy, and it makes caring for my pet feel like a seamless part of my routine rather than a chore.
