Your dog’s safety comes first!
I have been a dog and cat owner for decades. I love to walk dogs and do my best to keep them safe and happy. I have owned and walked breeds from mini dachshunds to bull terriers. I also have done Trap, Neuter, Return feral cat rescue in Bergen County New Jersey. I support no-kill animal shelters and do my best to help animals whenever possible. Animals are our friends. I am fully background checked and also a mother of two boys. I will care for your pets as I would care for my own pets (two medium size dogs and two rescue cats!) Thank you for considering me as a pet sitter for your beloved dog or cat companion. I truly love caring for animals and enjoy my work.

Schedule
I work from home doing social media work so I am always here when I board pets. I have a fully fenced in yard and a dog door that dogs quickly learn to use so they often take themselves in and out of my house to my yard during their stay. Dogs love dog doors and I always recommend my clients’ owners get them installed at their homes whenever possible. I make sure the dogs have plenty of water and attention and feed them separately at times suggested by the owner.

I make sure dogs have plenty of water, are fed on a schedule, get lots of petting and have regular access to my fenced in yard . I try to teach dogs how to use the dog door which is a fun activity they love! I use the 7 Common Commands - sit, stay, down, come, off, heel, and no to reinforce good behavior.

A typical day
I would take time introducing your dog to my house and fenced in back yard. I would show them where their food and water dishes are. We could go on a woodsy hike or brisk neighborhood walk.
