Safety, trust & environment

In my home, I provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where pets are treated like family. I ensure they have plenty of attention, exercise, and playtime, with walks tailored to their needs and lots of cuddles. I maintain a clean space, provide fresh water, and stick to their feeding schedules and any specific care routines. Our home is surrounded by lots of green, so plenty of sniffing and playing on short 10-15 min toilet breaks. We are also 5 minutes away from lovely long walks, including Holly Hill and Warsash Common. In a pet owner's home, I prioritize keeping their pets comfortable and stress-free by following their usual routines. This includes walks, feeding, playtime, and any special care instructions like administering medications or reinforcing training. I also ensure the home is kept tidy and secure, respecting both the pets' and owners' spaces. Whether in my home or yours, my focus is on providing attentive, reliable, and loving care to keep your furry friends happy and healthy.

Information Rebecca W. would like to know about your pet

Before I watch a pet, it’s important to know their feeding schedule, any dietary restrictions or allergies, and their usual routine for exercise and bathroom breaks. I also like to know about their temperament—whether they’re social or more independent, and if they have any behaviors I should be aware of. I’d want to understand their favorite activities, toys, and any special comforts they need to feel at home, like blankets or specific spots they like to sleep. Additionally, I’d need to know about any medical needs or medications, as well as emergency contact and vet information, just in case.

A typical day

A typical day starts with a morning walk, giving them plenty of time to sniff around and get their minds working. We usually head to nearby parks like Holly Hill or Warsash Common for longer walks, where they can explore and stretch their legs. I make sure they get lots of playtime too, whether it’s a game of fetch, tug-of-war, or just some fun running around. Afterward, there’s always time for cuddles on the sofa. It’s a mix of outdoor adventure and cozy downtime, keeping them happy and content.

Reliable Care Tailored for Happy Paws!

Pet care experience

Hi there! My name is Becky, and I'm a lifelong animal lover with a very special place in my heart for dogs. I grew up surrounded by furry friends, which has given me years of experience and an intuitive understanding of how to care for pets of all kinds. At my family home, I’m lucky to have a loving Labrador who is almost 12 years old. My husband and I have an almost 3-year-old Black and Tan dachshund named Dexter, who always keeps us on our toes with his playful energy. As someone who understands the joy (and occasional challenges!) of pet care, I’m committed to treating your pet like part of the family. Whether it's for a walk, a playdate, or an overnight stay, you can count on me to provide attentive, compassionate, and reliable care. I can't wait to meet your furry best friend!

We recently used Rebecca to look after our family dog Rambo and he doesn't spend alot of time away from us, so although he is a very chilled dog we were still nervous about leaving him, but he had a really lovely time, lots of nice walks, play time and snuggles. We also got reassuring updates and photos. Would recommend and definitely use again. Thank you x

Our 2 and a half year old cavapoo called Alfie had the best time for day care with Becky. She took him on a lovely walk into the woods and she reassured us that he was happy and relaxed with some photos throughout the day. Becky is friendly and reliable and we will definitely use her again if needed. We would also use Becky for over night stays in the future. Alfie says thank you too.
