I have to be honest, my experience was not positive. I needed to review her because someone might book her to care for a cat that needs medication. Do it at your own risk. I should have known she was unreliable from the very first interactions were she cancelled twice the collection of the house key. First she said her son was ill, then that her parents were at her house… but I still gave her an opportunity. The first visit was ok, but the second day she messaged me while on holiday saying that her son is on urgent surgery that they were going to spent the entire night in hospital and that she can send her husband to check on my two female cats. I was really uncomfortable, I paid Rebecca as a cat sitter, I did not meet her husband before and I gave her the keys, we weren’t happy with someone else going into our property. So I had to ask her to not send her husband And to check on my cats the very next day which meant that Lucy & Nora spent a day without their food (she said their kibble was topped up but I’ll come to that in a bit), and litter full of waste. This was quite stressful while I was trying to enjoy a 5 day holiday. Imagine being on the beach and feeling like you have to keep checking your cat sitter’s messages because you don’t know whether your pets are going to be visited. I even had to tell her to go anytime she wants to visit my pets because I didn’t want that to happen again. And yes, hospital was another excuse because the very next day she sent a picture of her son with my cats and he was very well… she was just away. Okay. After that she kept the last 3 visits. The last time she said she topped up their food, was at 7 pm , the next morning I was back home and their kibble plate was EMPTY!. It’s imposible for my cats to finish their plate in one night, sometimes it even takes them 3 days to finish it ,not even crumbs were left , they licked it clean, which means she forgot to top up their kibble. Absolutely terrible I was extremely sad for my cats. Topping up their food is a basic task. I don’t recommend her at all. Besides that, I also told her beforehand that my cats were scared of children but she still brought her kid to the visits.

Rebecca was a fantastic cat-sitter. She was very flexible and accommodating to the needs of the cats and a pleasure to interact with. I greatly appreciated the daily updates and photos while I was away, and would be glad to book her again in future.

Becky has looked after many pets in the past predominantly Cats and Dogs. She provides fantastic service coming to meet you and your pet before hand, shall you wish for that, provides updates on your pet while your away with messages and photos. If you desire she does spend time with your pet too so it has company and stimulation. Very friendly, very trustworthy and reliable.

Simply the best. Makes leaving my cats behind so much easier knowing Becky is looking after them and I love the photos and videos she sends to me of all 3 of my cats. Highly recommended

Becky was brilliant, frequent photos and videos, happy cats. They weren't even mad at us when we got home! Intending to use Becky whenever the need would arise.

Becky is lovely, very reliable & a good communicator who tries to get to know your circumstances. She has been to our rather busy and chaotic home twice now. Due to having a mix of ASD & ADHD children in the home we are fairly disorganised at times but she has been great and looked after our pets on two occasions and always puts my mind at ease.
