I am currently working part-time, so I have time to pet-sit and walk dogs, as well as pet-sit for cats. Because I am a part-time graduate student, I have classes on Monday nights. My hours are open for the rest of the week.

Pet care experience
I have walked dogs for family and friends over the past 5 years. They have taught me how to handle their dogs when crossing the street, as well as making sure their dogs need to use the bathroom while on the walk (as well as bagging and disposing of waste after they went). I also made sure that the dogs did not overheat and got plenty of water before and after their walks. I know how to use a harness, a retractable leash, and a regular leash for dog walking. I have also cared for my family and friends' dogs over the past years. I have learned when they need to go out, what times they need walks, when their meal times are, and what kind of play they like to engage in. I have also given their dogs nutritional supplements (in the form of pills, treats, etc), and I have given their dogs specific nutritional food that they need. I also learned what kind of playtime they love to engage in, and I made sure that they have gotten the physical activity they needed. I very much enjoy taking care of dogs, as well as having a great playtime session with them!

Rebecca loves all animals! She makes it a priority to establish a connection with pets. She gives a lot of attention and follows instructions (meds, walks, play, etc) very closely. Her genuine desire for your pet to be comfortable and cared for makes it very easy to leave her in charge! Highly recommend Rebecca to put your mind at ease when you have to leave your pet at home!
Rebecca is an amazing pet sitter! She will come on short notice and will take whatever measures are necessary to ensure your pet is well taken care of! I had to leave for an event for work at the last minute. I called Rebecca and she was able to come and take care of my dog without any trouble! She walked my dog 4 times a day, gave her extra water, and is very careful with following my dog’s specific food regimen. I highly recommend Rebecca for your next pet sitter!
Hello! I am excited to help Rebecca in her quest to find a loving pet-family that may use her to care for their furry family! Rebecca has always LOVED animals of all kinds. When she learned we have allergies and she couldn’t have one of her own, she sought out opportunities to be around them: she volunteered at Faithful Friends and also enjoyed her friends’ pets. But she really wanted one of her own, so we found a non-allergenic cat! She is now Roscoe’s best friend. She has always been a very responsible employee, working in various fields of employment: Broadway promoter, Kohl’s associate, UD library, among other jobs while going to college and graduating from UD.
