I live in a beautiful flat between Brooke Green and Holland Park. Very close to many lovely Green spaces to any dog's delight! I do my utmost to make them feel at home, getting to know their individual character and needs. I am in a secure building with access to a garden. As well as walking distance to Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, and Hyde Park. Please reach out if you’d like a happy, loving home for your dog or cat. A bit more about me: I’m 29 years old, South African, working as a Content and Communications Lead. Have lived in London for over four years, and really miss my animals back home. As a true animal lover, I welcome opportunities to take them in. I have extensive experience in taking care of both cats and dogs. Over and above this, I have grown up with many animals, and get so much love and joy from caring for and spending time with them. I have looked after many animals in my life... both professionally and personally.

We’re very happy with Rebecca. She looked after Simba for 10 days (9 nights) in August and updated us daily with photos, always replied promptly, and clearly cared; she asked lots of questions about him and his routine. We’d definitely recommend Rebecca, and we’ll be reaching out again for future trips!
Rebecca was a great cat sitter! This was the first time i've left my cat and she was incredible at reassuring me that my cat would be fine and cared for. Rebecca would send me daily updates and pics. Couldn't recommend her more!

I left my very nervous, anxious and antisocial cat with Rebecca for the first time, whilst I travelled for 6 days. Rebecca provided intermittent updates and pictures and videos of my cats progress, which I very much appreciated. She was also very thoughtful during the very warm weather, making sure he was cool and comfortable. She also gave him his thyroid medication. My cat baby is always very traumatised being left whilst I'm on holiday as he sees very few people being an indoor cat. The first time around with Rebecca, despite my reservations (only because of my cats nature) and nothing to do with Rebecca, he warmed up to her extremely quickly and came around to being in a different environment very early on in during his stay with her. A huge achievement! Being a very protective cat mum, this allayed my fears/reservations immediately. A testament to her very calming energy, which I am sure my baby picked up on. My only very small criticism is that the two of his favourite toys were not packed with his belongings when he was handed over, which means me having to make a separate visit to pick them up! Notwithstanding this, if you are looking for a second mummy, for your precious pet, do not hesitate to book Rebecca. Believe me, I am extremely fussy who I decide to leave my cat baby with! Rebecca is fantastic! She has looked after our precious cats for a few weeks during house renovations and she’s really great. She really is passionate about animals and a very kind, welcoming person.

Schedule
I work from home Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I go into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I can take dogs in with me - if the dogs are good with other animals. I work down the road in Kensington, so always close by.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a secure, safe property - a perfect home for any pet. I also live close to parks etc. so finding greenery for the dogs to be around is easy... as I think this is important for them. I am very attentive and loving. They become my main priority, continually making sure they are eating well, the nature of their stools to make sure they are healthy, I am aware of their mood to see if they are sick/healthy.
A typical day
over and above simply keeping them company and walks (if needed) I love playing with the animals I look after, and just keeping them company really.
