I grew up with both dogs and cats and have been an animal lover since I was a child. My husband and I have two cats, Chuck and Poppy, and since 2023 we have fostered both dogs and cats through several DMV-area shelters and rescue orgs, particularly the Humane Rescue Alliance here in DC.

Schedule
I work from home most days, and so have plenty of flexibility in my schedule to care for your pets. On weekends I am generally very available, and am happy to adjust my schedule to fit with your pets, whether that be long walks or lounging together on the couch!

Your pet will be treated like my own! In my home; that means regular playtime, structured walks, and a cozy sleeping space, all in a secure environment. When watching pets in their own home, I prioritize safety, cleanliness and security - following feeding and medication schedules, ensuring doors are secured, and always keeping your home tidy and clean. As a mom to two fur babies myself, I also fully recognize the importance of communicating when you are taking care of a pet, and am sure to provide regular and thorough photo/video updates!
