Availability
I work full time in a flexible position that allows me to work from home a good majority of the time, or return home as needed while I am away. My job is only about 5 minutes away, and on days I’m away I come home every 2–3 hours to check on/let out the animals. I also have cameras in the home so I can keep an eye on everyone, and I’m able to return home quickly if anything needs my attention.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a securely fenced yard where dogs can safely run and play during their stay. There’s plenty of room for exercise, and I keep toys in the yard so dogs always have something fun to do. The yard is also covered by security cameras, so I can keep a watchful eye on everyone even if I step inside for a moment.

Information Rebecca S. would like to know about your pet
I have no breed preferences or restrictions and welcome dogs of all kinds. However, since I do have children in the home, please ensure your dog is safe and comfortable around respectful kids. My kids have been raised around animals and are very familiar with dog behavior and body language. They know how to interact appropriately and understand when dogs need space and quiet time. Because the safety and comfort of everyone is important to me, all dogs staying here should be comfortable living in a family environment. If your dog has any health concerns, special care requirements, or needs medication, please let me know in advance so I can make sure everything is prepared for a safe and comfortable stay.
A typical day
A typical day includes lots of attention and interaction with me and my family, along with safe playtime in the yard and plenty of chances to relax indoors. Whether your dog prefers playing, exploring, or just lounging nearby, I try to match their energy and personality. We enjoy yard play, neighborhood walks or bike rides (bike ride only on approval), toys, and LOTS of one on one attention, along with plenty of cuddle time if your dog enjoys affection! I always follow your feeding instructions and daily routines carefully, including medications, special diets, crate time, and sleep schedules whenever needed.

Certified Care You Can Trust!
Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Rebecca! I’ve been caring for animals for nearly 30 years and working professionally with them for over 12 years through rescue, boarding, training, and rehabilitation. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I truly love what I do. Every pet that stays with me is treated with the same care and attention I give my own! I hold advanced dog training and animal behavior certifications, and I’m also certified in Animal CPR and First Aid, so your pup(s) will be in experienced, loving, and capable hands! Over the years I’ve worked with many different breeds and personalities, and I understand that every dog adjusts differently when away from home. Some dogs want to play all day, while others just want a quiet place to relax, and I do my best to make sure each dog feels safe and comfortable during their stay. I also have plenty of experience providing routine care and medications when needed, including pills, injections, and topical treatments. If your dog has special care instructions, I’m happy to follow their routine as closely as possible so they feel right at home. Dogs staying with me enjoy a large, fully fenced yard, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of attention and cuddles throughout their stay. Dogs go outside about once per hour while I'm home, and I return every 2–3 hours when I need to step out. My two very friendly dogs and four animal LOVING kids (9, 13, 14, and 16) help make sure visiting pets get plenty of playtime, affection, and mental stimulation, while still maintaining calm areas for your pups to have a comfortable place to decompress and relax. In addition to boarding, I also offer training services and yard cleanup services if you're interested. Please feel free to reach out for more information or a quote. I’m also happy to care for reptiles, birds, and other small animals as well. I look forward to meeting you and your pets!
Reviews
WOW! I never thought I was able to leave my dog, Karson with someone. Well, a emergency came up and I called Rover. I didn't really know what I was doing but I picked Rebecca and oh my gosh. She was so comforting. Sent us pictures of Karson it just it was amazing. I now feel very comfortable if I ever have to go somewhere overnight or go away for a couple days Rebecca's my girl. She's amazing! She loved on my dog, Karson was actually happy when we picked her up.

Rebecca did amazing with my dog! I was looking for someone who has experience with dogs because Odin is a little nervous around other dogs and she did great with him! She sent pictures and updates during his stay. He had the best time and came back happy! I will definitely be booking with her again!

Rebecca was so kind and accommodating! Her family took to my pup very well and their home was a perfect getaway for him! Highly recommend her 🧡

Rebecca is the best of the best! 🤍
