I've always been passionate about animals. As a child, I would remove ticks off the neighborhood strays. I have a golden retriever that I have raised since she was 8 weeks old. I also have an elderly dog who has been in our family for 15 years.

Schedule
I currently work Monday through Friday, with the position becoming remote in the near future. There is always someone home to care for our pets...and yours too.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a very large, fully fenced yard that my golden would LOVE to share. She has been thoroughly socialized as a pup, so she would love to keep your pup company. She also gets along very well with cats, as we have 2 as well. We have many toys, including mental stimulation, to engage your dog. I can provide exercise within my backyard with organic obstacles for your doggie to use their back legs, as well as, walks. I do not take my dogs (or yours) to dog parks as there are too many unsafe variables.

A typical day
I provide toys for enrichment such as: snuffle mats, balls, soft toys, rope toys and puzzles. I have feeding bowls that are meant to slow your puppies eating, if needed. I have a large back yard that accommodates ball launching and retrieving (We have a golden retriever). My yard has a tree trunk from an uprooted tree that my pup enjoys climbing. This provides her with the ability to utilize her back legs. I also enjoy taking pups to a quiet beach for endless running and playing in the water.

- I would like to know if your pup has any adverse behaviors so that I can be prepared for the safety of all the animals in my care. I would also like to know if your pet has any separation anxiety. It would also be nice to know if there is any training that you are working on with your pup so I can ensure I continue with that while in my care. Consistency is key!
