40 Years of Wonderful Experiences
I have been a multiple dog/pet owner for my entire life. My husband and I have been multiple pet owners for our entire married life coming up on 28 years. We spent a few years as pet sitters/walkers and feeders. Our children are grown, live elsewhere and our house is big. We have a large property, partially wooded in the back with a stream on the side. Dogs are allowed on our furniture and if not too big, often sleep on the bed with us. We have a wood stove they enjoy in the winter time. We keep mostly dogs in the Sporting Dog category, along with some smaller dogs. We do not watch dogs in these categories: Muscle Dogs such as Dobermans, German Shepherds, Great Pyranese, Pitt Bulls, and Hounds of any kind, and Terriers. Because we have limited the range of dogs to those who are gentle and get along well with other dogs, it is not unusual for dogs to be booked together. Many of these dogs have been together off and on and enjoy playing together.

We couldn’t have been happier with our dog’s stay with Bob and Rebecca! From the moment we picked her up, she was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. Bob and Rebecca were incredibly professional, responsible, and loving. They gave her plenty of free time, playtime, and made her feel like she was truly at home. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in such great hands. Highly recommend!
Rebecca and Bob are great dog hosts! My 4 year old lab has a great time there. They are very conscientious of the dogs interactions with each other and ensure they all get plenty of exercise and play time. We call it Dog Camp!

Great experience. I needed someone in a pinch and Becky pulled through. She sent pictures while I was gone and kept me updated on how my dog was doing. She was amazing and I would highly recommend her.
Becky and Bob are dog lovers and they treat your dog as if it is their own. They have a great wooded, fenced in yard for dogs to run around and explore and also do walks for dogs (like ours) that need plenty of exercise. They also have a very comfortable home setting for the pups.
Rebecca did a great job with our dog Molly. This was our first time having our dog stay with Rebecca and she sent us pictures almost daily on how Molly was doing. Thanks Rebecca!!

Schedule
I work from home and am not gone from the house any more than going into town here and there. My husband works from home one day a week, as well.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs get walked twice a day, in the morning and at night. During the day, they are exercised around the yard. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and in the bed. I often take dogs on extensive trails at the end of our street.
A typical day
We play fetch and tug with them. I walk them through our woods to the stream and back a couple of times during the day. Sometimes we play 'chase' to get the toy from them and vice versa. If the weather is good and the dog(s) is up to it, I take them to the trails to run for about 1 hour a day.

- Dogs must be potty trained. Elderly dogs need to be able to climb 5 stairs to get in and out of the house. Please don't bring dishes as we use our own. Beds are appreciated.
