Enthusiastic, caring, and passionate animal lover
I have been caring for dogs for most of my life, with family pets always being a constant presence as I grew up. Since joining Rover in 2024, I’ve looked after a wide range of dogs, alongside many years of experience caring for friends’ and family members’ pets, including overnight stays. I also have experience with cats, animal rescue, and voluntary wildlife and animal-handling work, which has given me a calm and confident approach with animals of all temperaments and needs. In addition, I have hands-on experience with dog and puppy training, having trained our own family dogs and regularly attended professional training sessions. I’m happy to support your dog with basic training and reinforcement during their stay, if that’s something you’d find helpful. I’m extremely passionate about animal care, especially dogs and cats, and pride myself on being reliable, attentive, and genuinely committed to each pet’s wellbeing. Your dog’s comfort, happiness, and safety will always come first with me!

Rebecca is so lovely and Alun our dog had a chilled time with her coming back so relaxed. I would not hesitate to recommend Rebecca for you to leave your dog with. When we plan our next holiday the first person I will contact to look after Alun is Rebecca.

Rebecca was brilliant with my nervous rescue Merry and my sisters dog Finn. This was the first time we had used Rover or anything similar, but Rebecca put our minds at ease when we dropped the dogs off. She gave regular updates, and both dogs seemed very relaxed which was a huge relief. Rebecca was quick to respond to any messages ahead of booking, and even accommodated a last minute adjustment to our booking. I would definitely recommend Rebecca and I will be using Rover again too.
Maddie had a lovely time hanging out with Rebecca 😊 I will definitely use her again.

Dates de la garde
Pet care fits very naturally into my routine, as I have a flexible schedule and can work from home when needed. This allows me to provide full-time supervision, regular companionship, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m able to plan my day around a dog’s needs, including multiple walks, playtime, feeding routines, and lots of calm downtime. I truly enjoy having animals around and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and included as part of the household. I am currently also spending my time volunteering and helping with family. So I have plenty of time to dedicate to your furry pals!!

I provide a calm, safe, and caring environment both in my home and when caring for pets in an owner’s home. We live rurally with a fenced garden, which offers plenty of space for secure outdoor play, training, and enrichment, with less risk of busy public interference. Our home is very private, with many secluded and safe walking routes nearby, as well as a large garden for exercise and stimulation. I also have dog crates available if they are needed for comfort or routine, although I don’t generally use them unless requested by the owner. We do have one cat, but she is an outdoor cat, is very used to dogs, and does not come inside. I always ensure pets are introduced carefully and that every animal in my care is safe and comfortable. Above all, I prioritise safety, routine, and treating every dog as if they were my own!

I love keeping dogs both physically and mentally stimulated. I spend lots of time playing games, providing enrichment activities, and offering positive, gentle training throughout the day. I love long walks and hiking, so excitable and high energy dogs will be well cared for! For calmer, older, or lower-energy dogs, I’m equally happy to take things at their pace — enjoying shorter walks, slower sniffy strolls, and plenty of relaxed companionship. I also love teaching fun tricks, playing ball, and creating stimulating games that suit each dog’s personality. More than that, I love doggy cuddles and can appreciate all dog behaviour and personalities. I will care for your dog as my own!
