Pet care experience
I have always loved dogs and cats, and being a third year veterinary student at the University of Edinburgh I have had a lot of experience and training in handling and the general care for dogs (as well as other animals). This also means I can efficiently care for pets who may be on medications or have behavioural difficulties such as separation anxiety. I also have experience working with police sniffer dogs and so have an appreciation for how important consistency and set rules can be to follow especially when training younger pups or working dogs. Additionally I have always owned and cared for cats back home.

Rebecca is so lovely, she took time out of her day to meet me and Rokos before day care started. I booked 3 days of day care over a couple of weeks and Rokos ran to get to and greet Rebecca on the 2nd and 3rd drop off so I could tell he had a great time with her. She is quick at responding to messages and sends updates with photos throughout the day. Rokos is looking forward to his next visit!
Rebecca was amazing at looking after Henry for a week at our house. She kindly came to meet him before to see if we and him were comfortable before we confirmed the booking which says a lot about her. Henry absolutely adores her, she was very dedicated on updating us daily with pictures and lots of details so we had a peace of mind while on holidays. It’s also important to highlight that she left the house spotless, literally as tidy as we left it and we really appreciate how she looked after the flat and of course Henry. We will be contacting her again without a doubt and 100% recommend her.
Rebecca has looked after my puppy on a number of occasions and I couldn’t be happier. Rebecca is caring and conscientious and I know that when she looks after Finn he’s in safe hands. I highly recommend Rebecca.
Rebecca was very punctual and left a very good impression after her first visit to look after our dog. He was very comfortable in her company. We would love to have her look after him again and will be in touch when we next need a sitter.

I often walk my friends dogs and love a good run (but am more than happy to take a leisurely stroll too!). When watching/hosting your pets I will sit with them as I watch my lectures/read and will very gladly take many breaks to play with them throughout! While house sitting I will always ensure to be respectable of your belongings and any home rules which you may have whether it relates to your pet(s) or not (such as taking off shoes). If you let me know of any preferences you have beforehand I will be sure to accommodate them. Finally when hosting pets, my flat has relatively large rooms and a back garden which I can take your dog out to.

A typical day
I love to go on long runs in the big park near my flat with energetic dogs! But will go on nicer strolls along some more scenic routes and head into one of the dog-friendly cafes in my area with some more laid out pups!

Availability
I do not have any jobs currently so am free to walk/sit your pets anytime on weekends. During the week would depend on my university schedule as this changes weekly in my degree. I am however always free after 6pm!
