Rebecca was so quick to understand the personalities and needs of my two cats and I felt she made the most of her visits. This was both in sorting out their feeding/fresh water etc and also interacting and taking her with them in a way they appreciated. I look forward to the next occasion, knowing that Rosa and Lucy are in safe hands.

We cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough! She truly saved our holiday by accommodating two visits per day and ensuring Charles received all of his medication while we were away. We were quite anxious about leaving Charles, but after our initial meet and greet, we knew straight away that she was the right person for the job. She then came back to collect the keys and run through Charles’s routine, medication, feeding schedule, and everything else in detail, which gave us complete confidence before we left. Throughout our holiday, she kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which was such a lovely touch and really helped us relax knowing Charles was happy, safe, and being well looked after. She is genuinely one of the nicest people you could meet, and it is obvious how much she loves animals. Her care, professionalism, reliability, and passion for pets shine through in everything she does. Charles was clearly in safe and caring hands, and we returned home to a happy, content, and well looked after cat. Thank you so much for everything.
