Reliable care for all dogs
I've had dogs my entire life and recently lost my soul dog of over 15 years, who I cared for through senior arthritis, mobility issues and dementia. Since then, I've continued helping friends and neighbors with petsitting, dog walks and daily care. I truly enjoy getting to know each dog's unique personality and needs. I'm very comfortable with dogs of all sizes, including giant breeds. I regularly care for a 100+ pound Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix and have expierence with leash work, routines and handling strong or protective dogs calmly and confidently. I also regularly care for a 12 pound Mini Schnauzer, so I'm comfortable adapting to both large and small dogs with different temperaments and energy levels. Growing up around both dogs and horses taught me to pay close attention to animal body lauguage and behavior to build trust. I believe every dog is different and I will always try to make pets feel safe, comfortable and understood while they are in my care. I'm available for walks, drop-ins, sitting and boarding depending on your pet's needs. I work from home so since I am home most of the day I am able to provide frequent potty breaks, attention and companionship.

Rebecca was absolutely fantastic with Casper! She sent me regular pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. And honestly, Casper looked so happy when I got home that I knew he had an amazing time with her. 🥹 It was such a huge relief knowing he was happy, safe, and so well cared for. Rebecca was amazing, and I’ve already booked her for my future trips! She also left my apartment somehow even cleaner than I left it, which was such a lovely surprise. Rebecca has been so great and such an amazing walker for my pup. She is such an amazing communicator and my dog Esme seems to be so happy when she’s around!
Becky was wonderful with my Remi! I received frequent updates and pictures/videos, and he was taken on daily walks. He came back a tired, happy boy but definitely missed his new best friend, the dog Wednesday. Can’t wait to board him again with Becky both for her human companionship and the dog bestie Wednesday!

Schedule
I work from home which allows me to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime and companionship throughout the day. Dogs in my care typically receive morning, afternoon, and evening walks depending on weather and energy levels. I also have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor time and exercise. I genuinely enjoy spending time at home with dogs and on weekends I love taking longer was to nearby trails and outdoor paths.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are extremely important to me when caring for pets. Dogs are always kept leashed outside of secure fenced areas, and I pay close attention to each dog's personality, comfort level and body language so I can adjust to their indivdual needs. I strive to create a calm, safe and structured envionment both in my home and in clients' homes, with plenty of supervision, affection and exercise. I also have a friendly, socialized Mini Schnauzer in my home who loves other dogs and is very used to playing with larger breeds.

A typical day
A typical day with me includes lots of attention, supervision, walks, playtime and relaxation depending on your dot's personality and energy level. I'm an early riser, so dogs usually start the day with a morning wak and breakfast, followed by outdoor time in my fenced backyard or indoor time play and relaxation. I have plenty of dog toys available, and a dog staying i my home will also have the companionship of Wednesday the mini schnauzer mix. Throughout the day, I provide plenty of potty breaks and additional walks and play as needed while always mindful of Texas heat and pavement tempreatures for dogs' safety and comfort. In the evenings we usually do another walk or outdoor time before winding down with cuddle and relaxing inside. I also have nearby parks and walking trails for dogs who enjoy more activity and exploration.
