I'll love your dog like my own!
*Note - I can't adjust available times for different days of the week, so some days I am available all day whereas others I have class or shifts at my per diem job. Message me with specific needs, and I'm happy to let you know what I'm available for! My sister is a sitter as well, so sometimes if I'm unavailable for part of a stay, we can do meet & greets together and work out a plan :)* Hey there! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have two of my own, both ~10yo. I have experience with puppies, rescues, dogs of all sizes, as well as medication administration. I am happy to take your dogs for runs, play with them inside, and give them all the love and attention they need while you’re at work or away! I am happy to care for other types of animals as well, and have cared for birds, rabbits & hamsters in addition to dogs & cats. I am PetTech Pet Saver certified, which includes dog & cat first aid and CPR. On days of bad weather, I love doing training or games to give my pups some mental stimulation and wear them out - and can bring that to your dogs as well. Policies (in addition to Rover policies): -For housesitting, I require all exterior doors to have fully functional locks. -Housesitting rate is a starting point, if you need multiple drop ins throughout the day the rate may go up - it is customizable based on your needs. -In inclement weather, walkways need to be cleared. For housesitting, someone needs to come shovel/plow after snowstorms. There needs to be salt/sand/something along those lines available in the winter to put on driveway/walkways after snow storms. -I do not use retractable leashes. If that is all you have, I will use my own regular leash, but I highly recommend people not use retractable leashes on their own as well - I am happy to discuss my reasoning! -I reserve the right to adjust harnesses/collars if they are not fitted properly. I am happy to show what this means, and it is for the sake of safety, not judgement - too loose of collars/harnesses can let the dog slip out of them. -Dogs must have ID tags. -In inclement weather, I will change walks to drop-ins. Dogs will still get a bathroom break, and if there is an enclosed yard I can play with them there for a bit, but I do not walk on the roads if there is heavy fog or heavy rain/snow that affects visibility. I will still walk in rain/snow so long as visibility is not severely affected, which I will use my judgement on. In these situations, I play with the dog inside and will do some light training reinforcement, games, etc for mental stimulation.

Rebecca met with me and Charlie prior to first walk. Charlie immediately went to her! Rebecca kept me informed of her walk status and how Charlie was doing. Awesome!
Rebecca was excellent in her care of our dog and cat. She was attentive to all details, responsible, and provided immediate communication regarding care she provided. I would use her again.

Rebecca was great with Jewel! I needed to find someone last minute to help me out with Jewel while I was on vacation, and Rebecca was able to. She was very thorough with getting information about Jewel, which made me feel like I was leaving my dog in good hands. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone who is looking for any service for their pet! I will definitely use Rebecca again if I need help with Jewel in the future.
My boyfriend and I were very skeptical about using Rover.com and having someone in our home but Rebecca made the experience worthwhile. Being new to this type of service we really didn’t know what to expect but Rebecca followed our pet care instructions very well to keep our minds at ease. When it came to tipping for this service we really didn’t know what to tip or how to do it. I sent Rebecca a tip via Venmo but never actually heard if she received it. I’m not sure if that’s typical or not? I’m also not sure if we gave Rebecca enough but she was great with our fur baby and I appreciate this app for employing such people with great passion and love for animals.
Rebecca has dog sat for us several times and we are very happy. She will call with any questions, gives them medicine and takes great care of our two furry family members. Makes going away that much more fun knowing our dogs are well taken of!

- I have no breed preferences, and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes! I like to know of any problem behaviors you are working on or I should keep an eye out for, as well as any medical problems, reactivity to other pets or people, and how well house and crate-trained they are. If there is a bite history, this NEEDS to be disclosed! I have worked with many dogs with bite histories, so this is not a matter of excluding them as a client, but I need to know the full history of these incidents so I can ensure everyone's safety while they are in my care.
