I’m a lifelong animal lover and experienced dog owner, with a degree in Animal Science and previous professional experience working as an Animal Healthcare Assistant in a veterinary setting. I’ve also looked after friends’ dogs in my own home over the years. I’m confident caring for animals with different personalities and needs, and my previous experience means I’m attentive to their behaviour, wellbeing and all the little signs that tell you how an animal is feeling. I work from home, so dogs staying with me have plenty of company throughout the day, with regular walks, toilet breaks, playtime and plenty of attention. My aim is to offer relaxed, home-from-home care where your dog is treated as part of the family. I’m happy to follow their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks and sleeping arrangements, and I’ll send regular photos and updates while you’re away. I keep things deliberately small-scale so I can get to know the dogs staying with me properly. I have my own dog, Ernie, so I always arrange a meet and greet before a first stay to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable together.

Becky has looked after my dog Bonnie for me loads of times, and I always know she’s in safe hands. She is brilliant with animals, caring, reliable and very attentive, and Bonnie is always happy and comfortable with her. Becky has lots of experience with animals and genuinely loves having them around. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their dog.

Schedule
I work from home full-time, so I’m around throughout the day to keep your dog company and give them plenty of attention. I can be flexible around their usual routine, including feeding times, toilet breaks and walks. I’m happy to adapt to your dog too, whether they love being active or would rather snooze beside me while I work!

Safety, trust & environment
I want every dog staying with me to feel safe, relaxed and at home. I have a secure, fully fenced garden and plenty of space for dogs to relax indoors as part of the family. I have my own dog, Ernie, so I always arrange a meet and greet before a first booking to make sure the dogs are comfortable together. I keep the number of dogs I care for small so that everyone gets plenty of individual attention. I’ll follow your dog’s usual routine and any care instructions you provide, and I’m always happy to send regular photos and updates so you can see how they’re getting on.
