I have had a dog as part of my family my entire life. I work from home and will be available to care for your pet during the day and evening. I like to stay active (ultra runner and ironman) so if your dog needs walks or runs I can certainly take them along if you would like! I have experience with all size dogs and ages from puppy to senior. I lost my dog Boris in May of 2024 and Suddenly lost his sister Mabel September 27 2024. I do plan to rescue another giant as soon as I find the right fit. A normal day for us/ me is waking up between 630/730. I usually head to the gym in the morning and get home by 1100AM. I work from during the day. I am California based in my work hours, meaning I work 1100AM ET -830PM ET (9-5 California hours). During the day I typically work from my kitchen counter. The dogs have free roam of the house. If it is nice out the back door will be open and they can come and go from inside to outside as they please. The dogs are free to be on the furniture or wherever they are most comfortable, however if you have a "no dogs on the furniture rule", I will enforce it here. All dogs are fed in separate locations at meal time. My back yard is fully fenced in and I live on a quiet block. I have two sons, but they are (mostly) grown at 17 and 19. My oldest is in college. They both help me with the dogs that we have here for boarding and have become very fond of some of our regulars. They will sometimes help me with drop in visits as well (with your prior permission- and this is not a frequent occurrence, just adding to my profile for visibility). I truly love taking care of other people's pets while they travel. I know how hard it is to leave them behind and I hope that i provide the peace of mind to you that they are happy and safe here in my home. Your pet will be treated as one of my own here. I have gotten to know so many wonderful people and pets thru this business and hope that I have the opportunity to meet many more! I look forward to hearing from you!
