From a young age, I have had a strong interest in caring for and working with dogs. At the age of 11, I independently walked my Nana's Cavalier King Charles Spaniel both on and off the lead, helping to reinforce good behaviour through positive encouragement, treats, recall training, and simple tricks. I also regularly walked my neighbour’s Jack Russell growing up at the age of 14/15 each week, where I further developed my confidence handling dogs and enjoyed teaching basic tricks and commands. More recently, I have been volunteering to walk a large Labrador every week, which is something I get so much enjoyment from. I value the companionship, the opportunity to spend time outdoors on Sunday mornings, and the positive impact it has on both my physical and mental wellbeing while taking in the beautiful scenery and being at one with nature.

I provide a calm, safe, and loving environment for every pet in my care. I always follow the owner’s routines closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medication, and house rules, to help pets feel comfortable and secure while their owners are away. I make sure pets stay entertained with walks, playtime, enrichment activities, and plenty of attention and affection depending on their personality and energy level. I also keep owners updated with regular messages and photos for peace of mind. While house sitting, I treat every home with respect and care. I keep the home clean and secure, follow any instructions carefully, and make sure pets are supervised, safe, and comfortable at all times. Being a professional Nanny , I know how important it is to find the right person for your family and pet!

I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their pets. She has looked after my dog Ralph several times, and he absolutely adores her. As any sausage dog owner will understand, they can definitely be a handful, but Rebecca handles him brilliantly with so much patience, care, and confidence. It’s such a comfort knowing he’s in safe hands and genuinely happy when he’s with her.

Schedule
I’m currently working part time , so I’ll have plenty of time to care and play with your dogs! I’m available for walking during the week and weekends as well as house sitting at weekends , feel free to message me and I’d be delighted to help whenever I can .
