I currently work full-time at an animal shelter and have years of experience handling and training dogs and cats with a wide array of medical and behavioral needs. I also have extensive experience tending to a variety of other animals, from reptiles to small mammals to horses. I am comfortable administering oral and injectible meds, including subcutaneous fluids. I have worked with dogs who have different behavior backgrounds and am able to adjust how I interact with them to make sure I am able to keep everyone safe and comfortable. Compassionate care is at the center of what I do. Our animals are so much more than just pets. They are family members, they are best friends, they may be the only motivation we have to get out of bed on some days. I understand how important your pets are to you, and I strive to give them compassionate and attentive care, just as I would with my own pets.
