Rebecca went above and beyond expectations. Snow storm hit while we were away making travel difficult. Rebecca made our two dogs a high priority. Thanks so much

Outstanding job. Our girls were happy to see us but I think they were happy to see Rebecca on her visits

Becca has been pet sitting for me for years now. She has cared for my cats and my malamute/shepherd dog more times than I can count! She is diligent, understanding, and treats them as her own. Becca is the biggest animal lover I know. Due to her background of working at an animal shelter, she has extensive knowledge on how to read animals, care for them, communicate with them and connect with them which brings a great deal of comfort to me as a pet owner. I would trust Becca with any pet no matter the age, size, or temperament.

Calendar and availability

Schedule

I run my own business from home full-time, so I am at home most of the time during the week and have an extremely flexible schedule. I already have two small dogs and a cat so walking, feeding, potty breaks, etc. are already a part of my routine.

Where your pet will stay

Home characteristics

Lives in a house
Has an unfenced yard
Non-smoking household
Has 2 dogs, 1 cat
No children present
Dogs allowed on bed
Dogs allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 0-2 hours

Safety, trust & environment

We live on a more rural road so we have a lot of space and a large open field behind our house (we do not have a fence so dogs are always kept on leash). Our house is pretty big so there are several ways we can keep a dog in one room or in one section of the house if necessary, and we are able to crate a dog if needed.

Pets

A typical day

I’m a big outdoors person and love taking dogs to our local park for long walks! If I’m sitting a dog who loves people sometimes I’ll bring them along to some pet-friendly stores (Petsmart, Home Depot, etc) if the owner OKs it. My pug Pearl is also very playful once she warms up and will definitely be up for some play time!

I can accommodate many special needs as long as I’m filled in ahead of time. My biggest rule is that your dog must be extremely dog/cat friendly as I have two small dogs and a cat. When it comes to large dogs, I prefer them not to be too hyper as I have a very old Pomeranian. If you’re unsure if your dog is a good fit just reach out and I’d be happy to speak with you!
